At GymAI Club ("the App"), we care about your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect while you use the App, how we use that data, and what rights you have.
1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you sign in through your Google or Apple account, we receive basic identity information (name, email address, profile photo). This information is used solely to create your account and verify your identity.
2.2 Camera Data
The App requests access to your device's camera in order to analyze your exercise form. This analysis is performed entirely on your device (on-device); your camera footage is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
2.3 Photo Gallery
Access to your photo gallery is requested so you can choose a profile picture. The photo you select is used only to be displayed on your profile.
2.4 Health and Fitness Data (Apple HealthKit)
If you grant permission, your workout progress and daily activity may be shared with the Apple Health app. This data is used solely to provide you with a personalized workout experience; it is not used for advertising or marketing purposes and is not shared with third parties.
2.5 AI-Powered Features
The App uses a recommendation logic based on your goal, fitness level, and workout frequency to generate personalized workout plans. This process is performed entirely within the App; your data is not transmitted to a third-party AI service for this purpose.
2.6 Usage Data
Basic technical data (device model, operating system version, app version, crash reports) may be collected to ensure the App functions properly.
3. Data We Do Not Use
- We do not use any advertising or tracking SDKs (such as the Facebook SDK or AdMob).
- We do not collect or use your device's Advertising Identifier.
- We do not collect your location data.
4. Sharing of Data
Your personal data is not shared with third parties except in the following cases:
- Where required by a legal obligation
- With subprocessors that are essential to providing the service (such as cloud infrastructure providers), limited strictly to operating the service
5. Data Security
Your data is protected with industry-standard security measures (encrypted connections - HTTPS). However, we remind you that no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
You can permanently delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account within the App. When your account is deleted, your associated personal data is removed from our systems.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from users we know to be under 18 years old.
8. Your Rights
Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:
- Request access to your data
- Request correction of your data
- Request deletion of your data
